James travelled up to us from Gillingham in Kent to have a BIG TOM intensive driving course and look what his feedback said!
On the BIG TOM Customer Survey he posted off to us, he says:

We have had customers travel to us from all over the UK including, Northampton, London, Oakham. Wisbech and Leeds. This is just further evidence that the BIG TOM franchise gains traction across the UK because of the value it offers customers.
The BIG TOM intensive courses are bespoke courses tailored to individual’s needs. This franchise is not simply allocating driving instructors from various random locations in the UK to customers who want a course. The delivery of BIG TOM intensive courses is specialist work and training is provided to ensure that high-performance standards are maintained.
Driving instructors may apply to join our franchise regardless of Standards Check grade as training is provided.
